First, CHMOD file wp-content/plugins/wp-cumulus/tagcloud.swf to 777

Then, upload contents of zip archive to your wp-content/plugins/ folder and activate plugin from WP admin area if you want it to run automatically.

Afterwards you can run the script manually by opening following URL in your web browser: http://www.yourwebsite.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-cumulus-autoupdate/

Also, script is automatically executed each time you update WP-Cumulus plugin (if plugin is activated).
