1. Just unzip and upload the "wp-ajax-edit-comments" folder to your '/wp-content/plugins/' directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress

From there, you and your users should be able to edit comments. This plugin has been tested successfully on Internet Explorer 6, Internet Explorer 7, Opera 9, Firefox 2,3, Camino, and Safari for Mac.

Advanced customization options are available through the admin panel options. Requests for CSS customizations are considered support requests.
