Download world-clock-widget plugin and unzip it.
Upload the folder world-clock-widget to your WP plugin folder /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Go to Plugins > Installed, activate the plugin.
Go to Appearance > Widgets, add the widget to a sidebar and save.
