Allows other plugins to use WordPress Plugin Framework Reloaded. Made for plugin developers.

How to install the WordPress Plugin Framework Reloaded plugin and get it working in two easy steps:

Upload /wordpress-plugin-framework-reloaded/ folder and its files to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory or just use the WordPress admin interface
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
