Extract the zip file and drop the contents in the wp-content/plugins/ directory of your WordPress installation and then activate the WordCycle from Plugins page.

Use [slideshow] shortcode in your Posts & Pages to add Cycle slideshows or use the wordcycle_slideshow() template tag in your template files.
