WiPad depend on WpTouch, in fact this plugin extend some of WpTouch classes so ensure that WpTouch is installed and activated before install WiPad.

  1. Upload WiPad into your blog's /wp-content/plugins/ directory;
  2. Activate the plugin;
  3. Browse your website either with an iPad or with an iPad Simulator.
