Download and unzip the latest version of What Did They Say?!? to your wp-content/plugins directory. If you plan on using custom transcript filters, create the directory wp-content/transcript-filters.

What Did They Say?!? puts a menu item under Options. It also adds a meta box to post editing and a new column in the Edit Posts lists which indicates how many transcripts are awaiting approval. The Import Transcripts option appears under Tools.
