I've installed the plugin but nothing happens. What have I done wrong?

First of all, open your template's header.php file and search for "head(); ?>" between the and tags. If you don't find "head(); ?>" in the header.php file, make sure you add it - between the and tags.

Second, make sure your plugin is configured (Options>Welcome!). Try to set at least 2 seconds for both timers. HTTP host field should set itself automatticly. Check if it's correct! In the HTTP host you should enter something like yourblog.com or yourblog.wordpress.com.

Third... What browser are you using? Is JavaScript active?
The plugin has been tested with IE6, Firefox 2, and Opera 9.23 - should work with many browsers/versions.
