Usage
Assuming you are using the SyntaxHighlighter Plus or SyntaxHighlighter Evolved plugin...
- In visual mode, create a [sourcecode language="xxx"][/sourcecode] block
- Select the sourcecode block
- Select Preformatted from TinyMCE's format menu
- Paste your code in between the [sourcecode/] brackets
