Twitter Tools - StatusNet integrates with Twitter Tools, giving you the following additional functionality:

• Pass your tweets along to a StatusNet instance (via provided API hook)

Configuration

There are a number of configuration options for Twitter Tools - StatusNet. You can find these in Options > Twitter Tools, in a StatusNet section.

You can set the StatusNet instance API (Identi.ca is provided as a default), set your username and password.

Known Issues

• If your status net instance also cross-posts to twitter (or you use ping.fm or another service to auto-cross-posts) YOU WILL CREATE A LOOP AND GET DUPLICATE POSTS - what you need to do is disable any other cross-posting, and just use Twitter Tools. From now on, whatever you post to twitter will also get posted to identi.ca by this tool.
