Changes in Version 2.05

• You must navigate to the Twit Connect Settings page after installing this version. Review the configuration changes and click "Save Settings."
• The Akismet spam plugin fails when a user's e-mail address is nomail@nomail.com.
  This was the old default e-mail address for new users who were setup by Twit Connect. The default e-mail address for new users is now configurable on the Twit Connect Settings page.
• A one-time conversion button on the Twit Connect Settings page will convert all old nomail@nomail.com addresses. This button will only appear when nomail@nomail.com e-mail addresses are found in your database.
