Standard WordPress quick and easy installation:

1. Download.
2. Unzip.
3. Upload to the plugins directory.
4. Log in WordPress and activate the plugin.
5. The settings page is under the "Plugins" menu.

Upgrading

In case you want to do a manual upgrade:

1. Log in WordPress and deactivate the plugin.
2. Delete the old version and upload the new version to the plugins directory.
3. Activate the plugin and check your settings.
