- Upload
thumbnails.phpandthumbnails.inc.phpinto the/wp-content/plugins/directory or/wp-content/plugins/thumbnails-manager/directory - Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
- Go to the Manage Panel within the administration section and then go to the Thumbnails page.
