  1. Q: Working in WP 2.5, installed, turned on plug-in and configured it. When I go to my 'widgets' menu, there is no "TagAlly: Tag Cloud" available as a widget to add to the sidebar.

    2. A: We've fixed the bug in TagALLY-for-WP 0.31.

  2. Q: Why does my blog not display the color tag cloud like your blog("blog.tagally.com") after I activate "TagAlly-for-WP:TagCloud"?

    3. A: Firstly, please make sure you've dragged the "TagAlly-for-WP:TagCloud" to your sidebar on your WordPress Administration Presentation > Widgets Panel. Secondly, please make sure your theme supports widget. That is to say that your theme will change the sidebar content according to your arrangement after you drag and drop the various elements of your sidebar content and click "Save changes" button on WordPress Administration Presentation > Widgets Panel.

  3. Q: Why couldn't the tooltip pop up when I move mouse cursor onto a tag displayed in my blog tag cloud?

    4. A: Please make sure that the code "<?php wp_head(); ?>" is written before "</head>" in the header.php file and the code "<?php wp_footer(); ?>" is written before "</body>" in the footer.php file of your theme.

  4. Q: Why couldn't my blog web page be loaded successfully when I set "Pop up tooltips in tagcloud" option to "yes"?

    5. A: This may be a bug, we have fixed it in new version. You may upgrade your TagALLY-for-WP plugin to the newest version.
