Supple Forms

Supple Forms - a CMS plugin for WordPress to create custom write panels, and format and insert values into Posts.

Upload the plugin folder, supple-forms, to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
Make sure there was no message warning you that the tables were not created. If your WP database user does not have appropriate rights (this should be very rare), the tables may not be created

Requires: 2.5 or higher
Compatible up to: 2.7.1
