WordPress.org

There are two ways to install the plugins that make up Social Privacy. The plugins can be installed as one set from this page, or one at a time by visiting each plugin's web page on wordpress.org (the links are on the Description page).

We recommend you install the entire set, as described here:

1. Make sure you deactivate any existing installation of the following plugins: Category Access, Subscribe2, Private Files.
2. Download the Social Privacy zip file containing all the plugins in the set.
3. Extract the zip file and copy all 5 of the plugins sub-directories individually into the /wp-content/plugins/ directory of your WordPress installation. Don't just copy the parent directory social-privacy; it must be the 5 sub-directorires.
4. Activate each plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.

Configuration

Configure each plugin through the 'Settings' menu in WordPress: * Social Access Control * Subscribe2 for Social Privacy * Private Files for Social Privacy * Unique URL Authentication * Access Expiration
