Simple Static Google Maps

Simply inserts a quick loading, static google map at the bottom of a post or page when an address is entered in the custom field `static_map_address`

Installation for General Use

  1. Upload the whole google_static_maps folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
  2. Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress.
  3. To display a map at the bottom of a post or page you just create a custom field key called static_map_address and enter the address you would like to create a map of as the key. For instance: 400 Marina Blvd, San Francisco, CA 94123
