If you downloaded the files and unzip it to wp-content/plugins, the default folder name based on the zip file is "wp-e-commerce".</p> <p>However, in the plugin script, the author has hard coded the folder to "wp-shopping-cart". That will cause PHP error since there is no such folder exist.</p> <p>So, make sure to rename the folder from "wp-e-commerce" to "wp-shopping-cart". Then, everything should work fine.</p> <p>It has to be fixed somehow.
