RSS Custom Fields Images
Puts large sized image attached to posts in front of content in rss feeds. Useful for images in custom fields.
Extract the zip file and just drop the contents in the wp-content/plugins/ directory of your WordPress installation and then activate the Plugin from Plugins page. See if you like, what it does to your RSS feed. There is no options page.
