- Upload
refer-notesfolder to the `/wp-content/plugins/ directory. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
When updating you will need to deactivate and reactivate the plugin.
Use Refer Notes options page under the Wordpress Settings submenu
