Get Recipes to Grocery Lists using through the WordPress plugin installer, and then click to Activate. If you download the plugin manually, make sure the contents of the .zip file are uploaded to "/wp-content/plugins/recipes-to-grocery-lists/".

When editing a post, click the little [M] icon next to the other “Upload / Insert” icons at the top of the text editor box.
