Progressive License

Progressive license is a plugin that gives authors an opportunity to put Creative Commons or Custom Licenses on their posts.

Download the plugin archive and expand it (you've likely already done this).
Put the progressive-license.php file into your wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Go to the Plugins page in your WordPress Administration area and click 'Activate' for Progressive License
Go to the Progressive License Options page (Options > Progressive License) to set your license preferences.
Optional - add new licenses as desired
