Plugin Output Cache is installed in 3 easy steps:

1. Unzip the "Plugin Output Cache" archive and copy the folder to /wp-content/plugins/
2. Activate the plugin
3. Use the Manage > Plugin Cache admin page to switch the cache on, etc.
4. See the plugin homepage for more details, including instructions on adapting other plugins to use the output cache.
