- Upload the 'pingwatcher' folder to the 'wp-content/plugins/' directory
- Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
- Click the 'Settings' admin menu link, and select 'PingWatcher', or click it's 'Settings' link on the 'Plugins' menu page
