  1. Unzip the file picapp.zip
  2. Create a directory named PicApp in the WP directory under /wp-content/plugins/
  3. Upload the content of the zip file to the /wp-content/plugins/PicApp directory
  4. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
