Installation of On-Topic is to easy

1. Upload the directory ontopic to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. After activating the plugin go to your widget management and add the widget to your sidebar (you can find this under design / Appearence).

Please read the note in the body of the plugin description when you dont see the widget on your blog.

And your done :).
