oEmbed for BuddyPress

The easiest way to share your favorite content from sites like YouTube, Flickr, Hulu and more on your BuddyPress network.

Download Version 0.52

This plugin requires WordPress 2.9 or WordPress MU 2.9.1.1 and BuddyPress 1.2

  1. Upload the plugin folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
  2. Login to the WordPress dashboard and navigate to "Plugins > Installed". Activate the "oEmbed for BuddyPress" plugin (for WPMU users, activate the plugin on the blog where BuddyPress is activated).

Upgrading

  1. Deactivate the plugin.
  2. If you made changes to the config file, make a backup of bp-oembed-config.php
  3. Overwrite all files for the plugin.
  4. Re-add custom settings from bp-oembed-config.php (if applicable)
  5. Reactivate the plugin.
