Neighbor Post Preview

This gives you a preview when you hover on the previous/next links in a single post page.

Download the plugin and extract it
Put the plugin folder (neighbor-post-preview) into your WordPress plugin directory
Activate the plugin through the “Plugins” menu in WordPress admin area
Modify single.php file of your current theme. Find previous_post_link(…) and replace the function name by tlnpp_previous_post_link. Also replace function next_post_link by tlnpp_next_post_link
