This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.

1. Upload plugin-name.php to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
3. Either Place <?php if ( function_exists('myadmanager_show') ) myadmanager_show(); ?> in your sidebar or wherever you want to display the ADS.
4. Else activate the MyADManager Widget.
5. [Optional] If you want to display the 'Buy Ad' form, you can do so by adding [myadmanager_show_form] to your desired page or post.
