Adds support for RSS enclosures and fixes some character encoding problems.
Unzip the ZIP file and drop the folder straight into your wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
That's it! You can now parse enclosures contained in feeds fetched by WordPress.
