Lite Cache is a small cache plugin ultra efficient. It's small and lite because it does only onw thing: caching.
Lite Cache is compatible with gzip compression and handles it automatically.
Lite Cache con detect mobile devices and use a different theme for them creating a separate cache.
Lite Cache works even with commenters, people who left a comment in the past. Other caching plugin usually are not able to serve cached content to commenters (but there could be not already found issues).
Usage of .htaccess rules is possible using the code generated inside the administrative panel.
Lite Cache is actually used on a blog, (http://www.periodofertile.it), which counts over a 1,500,000 page views per month and is saving the little virtual server where it is installed (with other two blogs).
Install it and go to the options panel to find how to configure it.
