Link Log Matcher

Based on the Link Log Matching post by Eli the blue hat (http://bluehatseo.com). This plugin inserts an iframe or JavaScript (which dynamically generates the iframe) that pings a referer link if it's not a SERP. Any traffic sent to you by a referer URI is submitted to ping-o-matic by the user's browser.
