1. Create a directory to store your galleries e.g. wp-content/lg-gallery and be sure Wordpress can write to it
2. Create a subdirectory per gallery
3. Create a page or post in your weblog to hold your gallery
4. Place the shortcode tag [lg_gallery] in your page or post
5. Upload the full directory into your wp-content/plugins directory
6. Activate the plugin at the plugin administration page
7. Open the plugin configuration page, which is located under Settings -> Lazyest Gallery
8. Enter the directory you have created in step 1
9. Enter in the url to your gallery page created in step 3
10. Check other options you need
11. The plugin will automatically create a gallery with thumbs and slides
12. Manage folders, captions, descriptions by the plugin Manage page which is located under Manage -> Lazyest Gallery
