Unzip kalins-post-list.zip to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
Go to the Post List settings menu to get shortcodes for the default preset configurations or create and save your own configurations.

Note: May require PHP 5.2 and WordPress 3.1 (hasn't been tested on older versions)
