ISO to UTF content
This plugin will convert ISO-8859-1 data to UTF-8 data in a MySQL UTF-8 WordPress database where things at some stage went wrong.
- Download the archive
- Uncompress
- Upload the plugin folder to your plugins directory
- Activate the plugin in your WordPress admin panel
- Select the plugin from the left hand menu (towards the bottom of the page)
- Execute it
