You don't need to upload anything extra anywhere, all the documents are inside the plugin directory, in the case of the images, this directory is called: 'images'. Simply upload the plugin folder Guyem into your plugin directory.

How can I personalize the colors of the plugin bar?

You should edit the style.css file (inside the 'guyem-bookmarks-wordpress-plugin/css/' directory)
