This plugin allows you to insert the meta tags into your blog so that it can be located by GeoURL. It then invites you to ping the GeoURL server to get yourself added to the database.

For interest's sake, the meta tags look like this:

<meta name="ICBM" content="51.50038, -0.15482" />
<meta name="DC.Title" content="Your blog name" />
