unzip the plugin
Upload plugin folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress. NOTE: Activation has to be applied to network scope.
In main site administrator menu, click 'Signup Site Clone' to set the template site.
