Download Version 1.06.11

  1. Upload formidable folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
  2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu
  3. Go to the Formidable menu and create a new custom form or use the existing Contact Form template.
  4. Use shortcode [formidable id=x] in pages, posts, or text widgets.
