A very simple plugin to add a contact form to your WP site that automatically dumps the form submission into your Fat Free CRM

This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.

  1. Upload the folder you download to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
  2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
  3. Place <?php the_lead_form(); ?> in your templates
