Copy the directory dlmenu to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Copy the directory dldefault from /wp-content/plugins/dlmenu/copy/ to /wpcontent/themes/
Activate the DL-Menu plugin in wp-admin
Activate the DL-Theme in wp-admin
