Disable Trackbacks
Globally disables trackbacks to cut down on spam. Very, very few people legitimately use trackbacks and spammers love them, so it's worthy tradeoff.
Extract all files from the ZIP file, making sure to keep the file structure intact, and then upload it to /wp-content/plugins/.
Then just visit your admin area and activate the plugin. That's it! There's no configuration needed (or even available).
