A simple calendar plugin using custom post types.

This is a simple pluging using the custom post types for a calendar. It will show all the posts of the post type selected published or pending in the future in a calendar.

It uses some jquery for the showing of the calender posts. I will select the first upcomming item first, or else the first thing in the month.
