DHSHCU stands for Dreamhost Shared Hosting CPU Usage. This plugin makes the life of the blogger easier to track CPU Usage of it's WordPress powered blog.

What the plugin does, under the microscope, is get the file with the CPU Usage for one day that Dreamhosts generates, input it to the wordpress database and display the last 7 days collected.
