Download the plugin archive and expand it (you've likely already done this).
Upload the ddeviantart folder to your wp-content/plugins directory (not in a sub-folder).
Go to the Plugins page in your WordPress Administration area and click 'Activate' for dDeviantArt.
Set up the default options on Options => DeviantArt
Set up the widets/pages you want in the options.
Once you have setup a widget, you need to add it to your blog, If you use the Dynamic sidebar, You will find that under Presentation => Widgets, Drag the Deviantart widget onto your sidebar. If you dont use the dynamic sidebar, Please see the FAQ page.
