Download Version 3.3.2

  1. Extract the custom-upload-dir-folder and transfer it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
  2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
  3. Customize your directory structure in Settings -> Custom Upload Dir
