Upload cr-post2pingfm directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
Go to Settings » CR Post2Pingfm and fill in your Ping.fm Application Key
Don't forget to configure the other settings to ensure the plugin to working properly
