This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.

e.g.

1. Upload the thomasSearch directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
2. Go to 'Plugins' in WordPress, and activate the 'Search Congress' plugin.
3. Go to 'Manage', and then 'Widgets'.
4. Add the 'THOMAS Search: Search Congress' widget to your list and arrange accordingly.
5. You're done! All options are on by default.
