Aggregates Delicious and Connotea feeds to aggregate links to websites (citations) and create posts with categorised lists of the aggregated links
Extract the zip file and just drop the contents in the wp-content/plugins/ directory of your WordPress installation and then activate the Plugin from Plugins page.
Once Activated use the settings page of the plugin to configure the plugin including specifying the tags to aggregate, the users to allow, and the services to use.
