This plugin enables the site admin or users to restrict who can send private messages.
Site Admins or Users may select the restrictions on who may send private messages to them.
- Friend Connection
- Follow Connection
- Groups - with further selection of public, private or hidden status levels.
Site admins may send/receive to all members

This plugin will also filter on autocomplete, the private message link, and the recipient list prior to sending a message.
